As a master optician or optometrist, you’re the expert in precise vision and the person who guides our customers confidently through the world of optometry.

• Serve as a vision expert in the store and guide customers confidently and competently toward the right vision solution.
• Conduct eye exams thoroughly and clearly—always keeping the big picture in mind.
• Advise with passion, style, and expertise, and select eyewear that does more than just look good.
• Make adjustments right in the store—precisely, neatly, and with skilled craftsmanship.
• Share knowledge within the team, support colleagues, and work together to drive the store’s continued development.
• Contribute ideas to further optimize processes, service, and the entire customer experience.

• Completed training or degree as a master optician or optometrist.
• A passion for design, craftsmanship, and providing high-quality advice.
• A genuine desire to help people—with expertise, patience, and a keen sense of style.
• Team spirit, reliability, and a work ethic that combines precision with a human touch.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English; German is a plus.
